Terms of Service
Read this carefully.
All transactions will be through PayPal invoices. Provide your name and email to receive an invoice.
You will be charged in full before I begin your commission. You may not cancel or be refunded after I receive payment. (If I am unable to finish your commission for personal reasons, you will be refunded for any unfinished work.)
All clients must be at least eighteen years old.
No commission will be used in any kind of monetary work (projects, handouts, games, etc) unless otherwise specified before payment.
Eorapterry is not associated with any form of generative AI, NFT, etc. Do not feed any artwork or likeness into AI programs. Not following this will lead to repercussions.
Commissioned designs may not be resold unless otherwise specified before payment. Contact me for more information.
If you would like to choose the pose in your commission, give me some constructive criticism or share your favorite animal before payment. This will be considered proof that you agree to all terms.
No illegal or hurtful activity will be present in any commissioned artwork.
Your commission will be cancelled if you engage in harmful behavior during the commission process. You may receive a partial refund depending on the status of the commission, but you will be blocked from all future interactions.
